Fluff and Nonsense

Megan is a long time resident of m/m fiction, and keeps herself busy reading, writing, and publishing it. She is often accused of fluff and nonsense. When she's not involved in writing, she likes to cook, harass her cats, or watch movies (especially all things James Bond). She loves to hear from readers, and can be found all around the internet. maderr.com maderr.tumblr.com maderr.livejournal.com lessthanthreepress.com @amasour

Hot Italian Lover - Ryan Field The writing style on this one lacks. It's all tell and no show. But I was willing to slog through it just to see how it all went, until we got to the chapter where we learn more of Joey's past. Namely that he was gang-banged. Yet again, rape as an easy way to create problems/issues/etc. Even more irritating, we learn Joey was ashamed because even as he hated it, he kind of liked it. No, just no. I stopped reading there, and I won't be reading any more of it.
